DT Swiss EX 441 Rim Black – Aluminium Enduro Rim with 30mm Inner Width

The DT Swiss EX 441 is a welded aluminium hollow-chamber rim for disc brakes that serves as the basis for building an enduro wheelset with hubs and spokes of your choice. It is available in 27.5 inch and 29 inch and with 28 or 32 spoke holes, which also allows a mullet build with different wheel sizes.

Asymmetric Profile and Stability

The asymmetric rim profile provides a more balanced spoke tension when lacing and thus allows a stronger and longer-lasting wheel. Wider rim flanges improve impact resistance, and the optimised construction increases stability on unplanned lines. The inner width is 30mm and the outer width 35mm.

Intended Use and Approvals

The EX 441 is classified as ASTM category 5 and may therefore also be used in bike parks and on downhill tracks. For this category, checking for possible damage after every ride is mandatory. The maximum system weight is 130kg, and the rim is approved for e-bikes up to 32km/h or 250W. The tyre interface is hooked and tubeless compatible, and the valve hole is designed for Presta valves. Three decal sets in black, chrome and gold allow the wheelset to be customised.
