Thank you for supporting us at PM Cycles. Your support is greatly appreciated. PM Cycles is a Singapore registered business located in 19 Loyang Way #03-01. Reg: 53277657K. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Orders
Upon a order completion, you will receive an email confirmation along with the order ID. This email only serves as an acknowledgement to the order. It does not mean that the order is accepted / approved. We may reject your order due to various reasons but not exhaustive to:
1. Product(s) are out of stock, unavailable or damaged.
2. Unauthorized / Fraudulent/ Non – payment.
3. Error on pricing / description of the product(s) ordered.
4. International shipping address
Any refunds will be made to the same payment method used. (Paynow/Ibank users will be contacted for their details. You will not have ownership of the product(s) until they have been dispatched / notified for pickup.

Delivery
We use trusted third party logistics providers to deliver our goods. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or other occurrences beyond our control for which we will not be responsible.
Compensation is capped at $100 for any lost or damaged parcel where the liability is due to our delivery partners.

Refunds / Exchanges / Returns
We do not accept any refunds, exchanges or returns. Kindly ensure that the item description matches your purchases in the confirmation email. Orders may only be edited (cancelled/exchange) before it is collected / dispatched.

Order Cancellation
You can request an order cancellation by contacting us via email / call. An order is only eligible for cancellation before it is dispatched. Kindly ensure that an acknowledgement by us is made for the order cancellation to be processed.

Refund
Once the cancellation of order is accepted, we will refund to the same following payment method that you have made. A refund fee will be charged for the following payment methods.Refund fees are as followed:
1. Credit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: 3.5% * order value
2. Grab Installment: 8% * order value
3. Paynow / Store credit: No charges
